USA body - manufacture where? If this body is USA body warranty thru Nikon for 1yr, then where was this body assemble? Is there any difference between the USA vs gray market body?

Body is made in Thailand across the board. The difference between USA and grey market is the manufacturer warranty. Grey market does not have one. Grey market is basically a non warrantied import of the same camera. Rebates are also negated with grey market items.

Yes. There is a difference. I would not buy gray market.
