• The shot answer is yes. Both cameras us the standard Nikon "F" mount for their lenses. A better question would include witch lens you have for your D300. You will probably be fine with what you got but an investment in a better lense will give you better photos.

• The Nikon D7500 will be compatible with any Nikon AF, AF-S or AF-P lenses with apertures types of D, G and E. If the lenses you have for your D300 include any of these specifications (found in the names of the Nikon lenses) then they will be compatible.
