Dose this camera take good stills null

I bought it more for the 4K video, but I can say that, compared to my D7000 I was previously using, it takes great stills! The sensor in the D7500 is much newer than my D7000 and has excellent low-light performance! I can finally take shots indoors without flash and still get good results! I have uploaded a photo taken with the D7500 of a dog indoors to illustrate how good the sensor is. I used a 35mm lens with f1.8, 1/40s, ISO 1000, no flash. My old camera would have been so dark or grainy at these settings. I feel you will be satisfied with this camera. Just make sure to compare the specs with what you need. (speed of multiple shots, image buffer size, memory card slots, etc.)
