If it is just the nikon d90 of which I used to own, yes it will fit. If you have a lot of lenses, then it might be to small of a bag.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It would accommodate your Nikon D90. If you had a larger lens (larger than 300mm) or attached flash it would get tight. The material is a smooth polyester coated over foam.

I have a d3100 with two lenses in my bag and it fits comfortably. You can arrange the dividers inside to make different configurations. Not sure if a lense bigger than 200 mm would fit.
