• The bag is one open compartment with some removable dividers that velcro to the sides of the bag and make different compartments. You can make the bag fit your needs. I carry my camera body fitted with 18-55mm lens and an additional 55-200mm lens, and there is still room to put a few nick-nacks.

• It comes with a velcro cushion that's adjustable. I keep 3 lenses with my D5200. In my bag I use my wide angle the most so that one stays on my camera in the bag and i put the camera in the bag on its side then my long 70x300 stands up in its cloth bag with the velcro devider and my 35mm in its cloth bag just goes on top of the wide lense, it all fits nice and snug with the cloth lense bags nothing moves around everything I use fits in my bag perfect no complaints.

• Yes, inside the case there are some dividers that Velcro in place. I was able to fit my D3400 with the 35mm mounted in the main compartment, and the 18-15 and 70-300 in smaller compartments to the right. There is also a large outside zipper pocket which I'm using for my external flash but it's big enough to hold another lens the size of the 70-300 or a few smaller lenses. Hope this helps!
