Best thing I've found so far is the Pinnacle Studio 20 Ultimate. It's seems easy to use and will work perfectly with 360 video and export it.

The Nikon KeyMission 360 digital camera has two NIKKOR lenses and two image sensors to capture the view in front of your eyes as well as scenes you can’t see, which are then stitched together so they can be viewed in a full 360° video. Editing can be done by either using the dedicated Nikon 360/170 SnapBridge application or with the Nikon's KeyMission 360/170 Utility Software.
