“Is this supposed to pause when you pull out the basket? Mine does not and I have to manually push pause to check on my food but the other units by different manufacturers pause automatically and I'm thinking the safety feature is not working.”

• I have to manually hit the pause button when needing to check my food. I do not find this to be an inconvenience
