What is the purpose of an air fryer and is it healthy? null

The purpose of air dryer is to cook all your favorite fry food without the oil, making your food 75% less fat than traditional frying methods.

An alternative healthy way to eat fried foods. I cook bacon in it and it does not sit in the grease soaking it up. The grease falls to the bottom and the bacon is crisp. It takes a lot of experimenting to get it right. I'm still playing with it. Also, if you don't want to fire up the big oven, this works.

You can make fried veggies and such with out the added "sliminess". So yes it is healthier in respects to what you are cooking in the first place.
