“i have a new ninja airfryer. why is there a rubber burining smell when i air fry? is this normal? will this smell go away? my kids do not want to eat tye fries and chicken drumsticks that i air fried because of thos smell and they.said they can the metal”

I don’t have this issue so I would return it. Not sure if rubber wheels on plate are defective.

The burning rubber smell usually comes from clean first used products it goes away after one or two uses it’s kind of the smell similar to a new car smell
