Hello betts, We would like you to know that the Ninja® 4 qt. Digital Air Fryer, AF100 and AF101, are the same unit. The difference is that the AF101 includes the Multi-layer rack and a 20-recipe inspiration guide. The AF100 includes a 10-recipe inspiration guide. Cleaning this machine is very easy. Before cleaning, unplug the unit from the wall outlet. To clean the main unit and the control panel, wipe them with a damp cloth. The basket and crisper plate are both dishwasher safe. If there is food residue stuck on the crisper plate or basket, place them in a sink filled with warm soapy water and allow them to soak. Use a soft sponge to help remove any remaining residue.
