Q: QuestionAfter 9 months, my Ninja completely stopped working. First, the clock went out. Now, though the power light is on, it will not brew. I have tried all the tricks offered on the internet with no success. How do I get it fixed?
Asked by Lucinda.
- A:Answer I would contact ninja. They are very helpful when it comes to their products. I had one go out during my warranty period and they were very helpful and understanding. You can find the number in the paperwork or look it up online.

Q: QuestionI recently purchased a Ninja CE251. When you finish a pot of coffee prior to the 2 hour hold, how do I to turn off the coffee pot properly?
Asked by Walt.
- A:Answer I always just press the red stay warm button off. You can also press the power button down below, but you'll have to push it again next time you want to brew to turn the machine back on.

Q: Questiondo you sell replacement glass karafts for the ninja 12 up coffee maker
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer At the time I purchased mine, (6 months ago) people said there were no replacement karafes. (You could check at the Best buy store in case someone returned a machine but the karafe was still intact.) Reviewers mentioned that it was a good idea to buy the replacement plan when buying this Brim coffee pot, which is a good thing I did. My previous Brim coffeemaker stopped making the individual cups 3 months after I purchased it (regular side still worked). Then they replaced it, and the carafe was broken. So, it is a really good idea to get the replacement plan on a coffee maker. Most of them break down after a short time. I still really like this coffee pot though.

Q: QuestionWhat are the parts that require there to be a cancer warning?
Asked by wondering.
- A:Answer We apologize for any inconvenience the warning may have caused. We're required by law in the State of California to include the warning you see. We include the warning in abundance of caution and to comply with this California warning mandate. The mere presence of even one of over 900 chemicals requires this warning and since it is not feasible to test for every single chemical, we're including the label with our products. Please rest assure that this product and all SharkNinja products are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. For further information please refer to www.p65warnings.ca..gov.
