I am not sure that there is a reset button as I haven't found one. I would contact Ninja directly since it should still be under warranty. I had an issue a few years back and they were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They will help you out I am sure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try unplugging the coffee pot and wait for at least 5 minutes and then plug it back in. This will fully rest the pot to its original condition.
