Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Access the basket from the top. Having used it for about 2 weeks, I can say it's a great coffee pot - easy to use, water is hot! & then so is the coffee. Not crazy about the power button ( in theory, it can be left on) or the fact that its made in China.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We would like to inform you that the filter basket will swing out for easy access and filling.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the filter basket is accessed from the TOP, which doesn't appear to be your preference. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this machine, if you can make accommodations for it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The top opens vertically. The basket is stationary and the top is about 6-8 inches taller than the unit when opened. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Top- so , unless you have plenty of clearance . You need to bring out just a bit to service filter. Awesome product though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Basket is removed from top. I Slide it out from under cabinet when filling and brewing. Removable water filler also needs to be lifted up to remove. The coffee is phenomenal very impressed. I've had from Mr Coffee to Cuisine Art The ninja is by far the best. Just brewed a pot...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a round flip-top over the coffee grounds section, NOT a swing-out. The flip top is about 6 inches in diameter. The height of the machine when this is open is about 21 inches. However, the machine's depth is only eight inches, so on a standard-depth 24-inch cabinet, you could set it just about anywhere, just not pushed all the way back to the wall. You also have to put the water in. The reservoir can be removed for filling, but I just fill from the top. Hope this is helpful. I too had to make a hasty purchase, and am very glad I did. You will find the manual here, and that has illustrations: https://www.ninjakitchen.com/include/pdf/manual-ce251.pdf
