I already have this coffee pot but the carafe is cracked. Can I get another glass carafe from manufacturer or your store?? null

I have contacted Ninja about parts in the past and they are very good at replacing them at no cost. Not always, but they had good customer service. I had a blender part replaced. If not, their prices are about what you would expect, I needed to buy a couple extra cups for the blender.
