Start with the basics. Plug the brewer directly into a wall outlet and power it on, try a different outlet if needed. Fill the water reservoir, seat the carafe under the brew basket with its lid on, then press Classic Brew. If a cycle still will not start, run a Clean cycle to descale per the guide. If the lights continue to dim and it will not brew after these checks, stop using it and call Ninja Customer Service at 1 800 365 0135 for warranty support.
