I do not know the exact temperature, but the coffee is extremely hot. There is a small vent above the coffee basket to allow steam to escape. You must be very careful not to pass your hand over this area as you will burn almost immediately.

I have used this for about 6 days and I always use the preheated feature, but the coffee comes out warm and I always have to microwave it. I consider a decent cup of coffee to come out hot! The features are wonderful I would recommend, but if you are looking for a hot cup of coffee don't get this unit. I will be returning mine. I used to own 2 bunns and I always had good, great tasting, hot coffee. I'm disappointed.
