• If you like your coffee rich and bold just brew it with the "rich brew" button. If you don't like it so bold then use the "classic brew". You won't be disappointed with it. I'm extremely happy with the coffee bar. Best coffee machine I ever bought.

• Yes, the Ninja Coffee Bar has a special brewing setting for iced coffees, and they are delicious.

• Yes, iced coffee is one of my favorites. I can make it as strong as I want it, and it really does rival the coffee houses.
