• Hello kayfly2, We would like to inform you that the Ninja Coffee Bar® 10-Cup Coffee Maker has a warming plate. Where it has a warming plate, a thermal carafe cannot be used, as the warming plate will damage the thermal carafe. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
