“No auto shutoff feature and no mention of it in the manual. If you feel the machine it stays hot and waits to burn down your home unless you manually turn it off. $150 and no safety feature, interesting. Am I missing something?”

Tuzle, there is no keep warm button as this is the metal carafe model and doesn't have a hot plate.

This can be adjusted by holding the Stay Warm button for 3 seconds, and then the clock will begin to flash. You can adjust the length of time the warming plate stays on from 15 minutes up to 4 hours.
