Yes, The reusable filter comes with this machine. The frother does not heat, if I want warm froth, I pop it in the microwave for a few seconds first.

No. For warm frothing you have to heat the milk first in the microwave. Yes the reusable filter comes with it. btw we love it and highly recommend this product!

No, the frothier does not heat the milk. Yes, it does come with a reusable metal screen filter.

This product can hot or cold froth milk.

The reusable filter does come with it. The frothier does not heat milk - the instructions say to microwave the milk for 45-60 seconds (30 seconds worked for me), or you can froth cold milk.
