• I am quoting directly from the instruction manual of the CF091 so you get it "First-Hand" -2-Hour Shut off: Automatically turns off the warming plate 2 hours after you brew coffee. -Stay Warm Button: Your warming plate will automatically turn on after brewing a carafe and turn off after 2 hours. The Stay Warm Button allows you to manually turn the warming plate off -Intelligent Warming Plate: Automatically adjusts the temperature of the warming plate to keep your coffee at the ideal drinking temp. without burning it I hope this helps

• yes, it shuts off one hour after completing the brew

• The manual states that the hot plate will auto shut down in 2 hours if you don't turn it off with the button.

• Yes and you can set the keep warmer timer for up to four hours
