QuestionI purchased this Ninja less than month ago, love the features, but not yet excited about the taste. Getting a lot of thick sediment on the bottom of the cup immediately when poured and moments after it's been brewed. PLEASE help...I love my coffee!

- Answer Wife and I noticed the same thing. We noticed this didn't happen when we used paper filters but the coffee didn't taste the same and it was just another thing to clean and buy.

- Answer There is a preheat that we touch on the way to the bathroom. Whoever gets back to the kitchen touches the 1/2 carafe button and coffee is ready in under 4 minutes, maybe quicker. The single servings are quicker, maybe a minute.

- Answer 12 inches wide, 15 inches high. When you pull the frother out, add another 2 inches or so to the width.

QuestionHas anyone had this brewer more than 2 years? If so, what issues, if any, have there been? We purchased a Breville Barista Express and 1.5 years later, we are needing to spend another $200 for replacement parts-urgh!!! Might as well start from scratch!

- Answer I just bought one today, and noticed the same thing. I called Ninja and after talking to 2 different customer service reps I found out the one with a clock on the top is the newest model. Customers complained about it being on the bottom so they redsigned it.

QuestionWhy would the bottom of the warming plate get so hot that it made our laminate counter top warp? When I put my hand on the counter top it was very hot to even touch. I felt the bottom of the Ninja and it was to hot to touch.
