• It comes with 2 pints for freezing your recipes. When ready to make your soft serve, it then processes the frozen pint by shaving and mixing it to the desired consistency. It takes under 6-7 minutes from start to finish.

• You have to freeze for 24 hours first, choose the soft serve option, spin and then Swirl.

• You have to freeze the mix, then had the machine mix it, THEN you can add the special lid and put on soft serve side for dispensing.
