- Answer No, you can’t set any temperature freely. Each cooking mode on the Crispi has its own temperature range, and the maximum heat it can reach is 450°F for high-heat crisping.

- Answer Great question. While this unit doesn’t have a dedicated Roast function, you can use the Bake function as a substitute and adjust your recipe accordingly.
