Have you found a solution. Our coffee maker does the same thing. Every time we use a pod 1/4 of it is at the bottom of the coffee cup.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I never get grinds in my coffee. Hopefully you bought it from best buy with the warranty. I always get the warranty because of the return policy they have. I’m not pushing it because in the past I thought it was a waste of money. But if my purchase is over a few hundred dollars I want the opportunity to reduce it if it breaks without discussing my issue over the phone.
