- Answer For best results, we recommend using Nespresso branded original capsules. However, most original line capsule brands are compatible with the Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System. The Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista system is NOT compatible with the Vertuo capsules.

QuestionI know I can brew ristretto, espresso, and lungo sized espresso. Do i need to use different capsules to make each one? Or does the machine simply adjust the espresso brew itself? Thank you!

- Answer Unfortunately the machine doesn't really adjust to the size. Many of the pods have a description whether they make a lungo, espresso or whatever. Which probably means the lungo ones are not going to get weak when brewed at that setting.

- Answer No, the adapter will not work in the Ninja - 7 Style Espresso & Coffee Barista System. It already comes with a capsule holder, we recommend using Nespresso® branded original capsules. However, most original line capsule brands are compatible with the Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System. The Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista system is NOT compatible with the Vertuo capsules. The Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System is compatible with refillable capsules.

- Answer I noticed that with generic or store brand there was only a light crema but if you use Starbucks or other top brands you get a nice heady crema.
