• From Ninja Customer support: This is is the information that we have regarding the DT series: - Have Enamel Coating (Not Non-Stick) for the sheet pans and roast tray. The Enamel has PTFE, and is free of lead, cadmium, BPA, PFOS, and PFOA. - The interior for these models is Galvanized Cold Rolled Steel. -The crumb tray is Aluminum plated steel. - The Air Fry Basket is steel.
