- Answer Yes. Those are standard heating elements used in many toaster style ovens and it is normal for them to glow red while heating. The can also fluctuate red or gray while turning on or off to maintain the selected temperature.

- Answer The DT201 does dehydrate. The DT200 does not, although you could use Airfry at a low temp to simulate dehydrating.

- Answer We didn't really see any difference in the ovens they are the same thing just the more expensive one has the probe and I don't know why you would need it. cooks evenly without the probe I guess it depends on how much you really want to send for the extras we didn't feel it was worth it this is a fantastic item all around
