“I have never owned a Ninja all in one before. The IP I had before had a stainless steel insert but Ninja has a ceramic coated insert. Does anyone know if this is safe to eat off of, especially after the slow cooked method was used?”

Ceramic coatings are considered much safer than Teflon and do not off-gas when overheated. I personally use both the factory and an aftermarket stainless pot easily attainable for the eight quart unit. I personally feel safe using the factory pot given the overall build quality of Ninja products. This however is my personal opinion with no scientific data.
