Can you pressure can meat in this? null

Nope, not safe for canning. Nor is it really big enough even though we got the 8qt. My wife still has her pressure cooker for canning. This just isn't designed for canning. Sorry!

Absolutely. This model does not habe the meat thermometer. The newer versions do. I ove this appliance!
