To help you gain a better understanding of cook times, we would like to inform you that 2 skirt steaks (8 oz each), 3/4–1 inch thick will cook in approximately 7-9 minutes, 4 hamburger patties (up to 7 oz each), 1–1 1/2 inches thick will cook in approximately 4-9 minutes, and 2 lbs of french fries will cook in approximately 28-32 minutes. The system will include a 15 recipe guide which includes suggested cook times and temperatures for a wide variety of foods.

Ribeye steak 2 x 14-16 oz each, 1 1/4 in thick Grill on high ( 500 deg ) 8-10 mins Burgers 4 patties ( up to 7 oz ea ) 1 -1 1/2 in thick , grill on high ( 500 deg ) 4-9 mins Both steak and burgers are flipped half way through cooking .
