The Ninja Foodi Indoor Grill does not have a slow cook function available.

I wouldn't recommend it, top heating element

This is not a slow cooker by any means. the heating element is above the cooking area so you would be much better off using a crock pot for your soup. This is fantastic as a grill or roaster and the air fryer works well too
