“How do you clean the heating element? Grease dripped onto it and it's now glassy black. Normally in a traditional over you'd use a Brillo pad and industrial cleaner. Additionally this thing has grate that covers the whole thing. Help?!”

I haven't run across this issue yet. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer and see if they have a suggestion. Sorry. Interested if you do get a resolution.
