They both have a light. The light can be manually turned on and off. The button for the light is the lower right button with a light bulb symbol on it. The light turns on automatically when the food timer is almost complete. The main differences between the two ovens as the SP101 has a lower temperature so it adds a dehydration and keep warm selection. The top temperatures are identical.

Both of these systems contain a interior light.
