“I read you can bake a cake in this. How is that possible with only 3”? Why is it only 3”? This seems prohibitive to many dishes.”

You can bake cakes as well as many other treats in this system using baking pans that are around 2 inches in height. This can include cakes, brownies, breads, cookies and more.

• Hi, I just made a boxed cake using 2 aluminum foil loaf pans, took about 30 mins but turned out great, I baked them at 350 on the same rack, too, hope this helps
