“Hi, recently purchased sp101. We used air fryer feature 3 times. And each time the fryer burns our food, half way through the cooking time( “air fryer” cooking recipe). We have to pull out of air fryer and place in conventional oven. Please help”

I have found that the air fryer option takes about half the time to cook as compared to directions on packages. I've not had the problem of burning but I do watch as it nears the end of cycle.
