“In Question # 2 you say their is only 3" between the rack and cooking element . SO how can you have room to bake a cake? in the store most ovens have about 6'' of head room”

We are happy to assist you with this. to bake a cake in this system, you can use a pan with the dimensions up to 13" x 13" x 2". We do not recommend filling the pan to the top, as cake mix will rise during the baking process.
