• 12" (inch) pizza... The oven is 13" wide.. The stone (cooking surface) is 12" wide. Keep in mind, pizza dough expands from the yeast rising. So id keep the pizza around 11", my first 12" pizza, ooooozed ober the sides, making it difficult to remove...
