“Purchased a few months ago hoping for a 2 in 1: toaster and air fryer. What is unsatisfactory is the unit runs to "cool off" it seems for 3-4x the amount of time it is used. For instance 3.5 min to toast bread and once done the unit fan runs for 12-15min”

We would like to inform you that the fan will run until the unit is completely cool, this can be longer or shorter depending on the temperature of the room.

The quartz element is great at heating things up to hundreds of degrees in a minute due to the energy conversion, but to go from hundreds of degrees back to ambient takes longer in general. You can leave the door open to help the heat dissipate if you want, but that's just the nature of hot things. The fan on this is relatively small and was designed to circulate the heat in a small space, not to cool things down.
