A:AnswerWe are happy to confirm that you are able to use parchment paper in your unit. However we do not suggest using it in the air fry basket as this will not let the air flow around your food to provide an even cook.
A:AnswerI think your warranty will cover it as long as its been within 12 months of purchase. You have to pay for shipping and they will send you a new unit. (At least that's what the told me). I think you can initiate a warranty claim on their website or call their warranty claims 1-877-646-5288. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerAll the trays can nearly be stored inside the toaster. However from really use unless you take the time to align all 3 usually. 2 fit with ease and I leave 1 of them out. When not in use for a while I leave it upright when I know I'm going to use it I leave it laying out but it's a matter of preference I don't have much counter space so I store it a lot
