A:AnswerYes and it is speedy and quiet and just great. The air fryer is also fabulous. Food comes out cooked on the inside and crisp on the outside model SP100
A:AnswerHello,
We recommend that there is adequate space above and on all sides of the Ninja® Toaster Oven with Air Fryer for air circulation. The dimensions of this machine are 19.7" W x 15" D x 7.6" H.
We hope this information helps.

A:AnswerHi, here are some tips Everyday Cleaning:
1) Unplug the unit from the wall outlet and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
2) Empty the crumb tray by sliding it out of the oven when the oven is in the flipped-down position.
3) To clean the exterior of the main unit and the control panel, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Deep Cleaning:
1) Unplug the unit from the wall outlet and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
2) Remove all accessories from the unit, including the crumb tray, and wash separately.
3) Flip the oven up into the storage position.
4) Press the push button to release the back door to access the oven's interior.
5) Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth to wash the oven's interior. Abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes, and chemical cleaners will damage the oven. NEVER put the main unit in the dishwasher or immerse it in water or any other liquid.
**Note: only the Sheet Pan and Air Fry basket are dishwasher safe.
6) Thoroughly dry all parts before placing them back in the oven.
Regards Ninja Team
A:AnswerThe crumb tray comes out easily and it opens up in the back, so not hard at all! Would recommend cleaning it regularly especially if you put anything greasy in there
A:AnswerI believe any time setting change after one hour, from minutes and seconds to hours and minutes, so what might look like 12 minutes is actually the 12 hours you want.
A:AnswerOn the right and left side next to wall on each element seems to be what holds them in place. I’ve been using my oven for couple weeks now and they do not melt. They do not come out as far as I know.
