Deep Cleaning:

2) Remove all accessories from the unit, including the crumb tray, and wash separately.

4) Press the push button to release the back door to access the oven's interior.
5) Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth to wash the oven's interior. Abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes, and chemical cleaners will damage the oven. NEVER put the main unit in the dishwasher or immerse it in water or any other liquid.
**Note: only the Sheet Pan and Air Fry basket are dishwasher safe.

A:AnswerNinja Foodi XL Pro 10 in 1 (Model DT201) cannot be changed. Unit must be replaced. They will replace unit if still under the 1 year warranty (you pay shipping) but if it's not your either going without a light or buying a new one. Terrible design!! I will not purchase any more of their products. Very disappointed.

I purposely wanted to pass along a cleaning tip that I found to be effective, but not entirely satisfactory (as shown in the lower left corner of the included image). Do a web search for: simple green how to clean an air fryer. The description at the site helped me get off about 80% of the grease residue. Also, an old toothbrush will come in handy. :)
