“Is the steam / vent nozzle suppose to be kinda loose? Kept getting the water error message despite putting water in while cooking fresh cut potatoes last night. Tried to pressure cook them for three mins but it wasn’t getting up to temp then said more wat”

The vent nozzle is supposed to be loose. Just make sure you have it set in place when using the pressure cooker feature. Once it's done you would move it to vent to let it ventilate. When set there should no pressure coming out of the vent. Hope this helps.
