• Pressing the food down isn’t a solution especially when you must flip over what is being cooked. Bacon slides down into the grease pit. Too much of an angle Ninja designers! Get us a replacement grill insert that has less of an angle.

• When placing food on the grill grate, press down gently to increase contact between the food and grill. To prevent foods like sausages and asparagus from rolling off the grill grate, place them vertically on the grill grate (parallel with the lines on the grill grate).
