• Not sure how long it stays warm but it stays hot for long enough for me to drink entire pot. I would say at least an hour and a half. As for adjusting temp I haven’t seen that capability

• Coffee comes out pretty hot, it doesn’t have an adjustment button though. It all depends what you put in your coffee for example I put creamer which I keep refrigerated therefore, my coffee it’s not boiling hot! Hope this helps
