“When I set the system to cold brew , the coffee maker does not use all the water. Is this normal. I have the setting on full craft and there is about a quarter of the water left and the basket stops draining.. No issues with regular brew.”

Yes it’s normal! I use the cold brew setting everyday and I always fill it up with water and only half gets used, And it also depend on the setting of size you have, Example if I want to make a big pot of cold brew coffee it will use it all, if I only use it for a regular size cup it will only take that amount of water. I don’t have a problem with it. Hopefully I answer your question well!
