• It is TRUE cold brew. It brews at a very low temp and thoroughly soaks the grounds plus allows them to steep before allowing the liquid through. I was skeptical at first but when I made cold brew, it was so smooth and tasty. I was shocked! Now, this is my go to for iced, cold brew, or hot brew coffee!
