“Is this strong enough to make ice cream? If so will it give the correct texture?”

• Yes! I’ve been making dairy free ice cream so,smoothing frozen coconut milk,frozen bananas frozen non dairy milk it has grinded right through until smooth. One really good recipe with dairy Whisk 2 cups heavy whipping with tsp vanilla pour into ice cubes tray freeze 2-3 hours and then blend in food processor attachment with 4cups fresh peaches or fresh mangos or strawberries basically any fruit and your choice of sweetener amazing results!
