A:AnswerNot sure how long Ninja has been around but they are a solid reputable company. Those that are in the know, know that Ninja is one of the better if not the best blender company out there at this time.
A:AnswerAbsolutely. We use it to grind wheat berries into flour and have been doing so for going on 3 years now and wheat berries are hard! Making ground meat I think will be a piece of cake.
