“After I power on my machine I cannot press low medium or high. I know blenders aren't rocket science, but this is the second blender I have had now that has done this. I must be doing something wrong? The pulse and nutrient extraction work ok though.”

• We are happy to assist you with this. When using the Single Serve Cup, the only options available are Pulse and the Nutri Ninja® button. The Low, Med, and High buttons are for the Pitcher.

• I think they only work when the pitcher is attached and the smaller cups use the pulse and nutrient button.
